At Amador Whiskey Company, we partner with the finest craft distillers to create limited-edition, luxury whiskies. Our 8th release was crafted by Master Distiller, Marko Karakasevic, at Charbay® Distillery in Ukiah, California. It is a unique blend of 90% malted 2-row barley whiskey and 10% hop-based whiskey distilled from a craft California IPA beer. Then it is aged for 2.5 years in French Oak and finished for 6 months in former Napa Chardonnay wine barrels. Enjoy this limited 10 Barrel release of California Whiskey brimming with complex brown spice, vanilla, dried fruit, and hop flavors.
