Don Pancho used Molasses from 100% estate grown and hand harvested sugarcane and proprietary yeast he developed himself. The youngest barrel in the blend is 18 years old. 100% Estate Grown Sugarcane - the same variety used by Don Pancho in Cuba. One Eyed Spirits” that was founded by a pair of ex ad-men whose stated goal is to “bring spirits brands and pop culture together.” We say mission accomplished.
