Milam & Greene Triple Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced by the Blanco, Texas-based Milam & Greene brand. Their flagship bourbon is made with a mash bill of 70% Texas corn, 22% Pacific Northwest malted rye sourced from Washington and Oregon, and 8% Wyoming barley. It is also made with a proprietary yeast recipe. The “Triple Cask†in its name refers to the three straight bourbon whiskeys used to create the spirit: a two-year-old Texas bourbon, a three-to-four-year-old Tennessee whiskey and a 10-to-11-year-old Tennessee whiskey. The whiskey is bottled at 94 proof.
