A single-estate vodka distilled from 100% grains that were grown on our own ranch in Nevada. Oats and wheat produce a silky mouthfeel with a bright finish. Source One’s water comes from the historic Well One, which is fed by the high Sierra snowmelt and dedicated to our distillery. Twice-distilled to perfection. Produced in small batches and finished in copper pot stills.The oats lend the spirit a rich mouthfeel and sweetness, while the wheat adds hints of nuts and cereal; the finish is clean and bright. This vodka has all the hallmarks of a classic, with just a bit more body.
The oat nuances come out in the nose as a rich, deeper expression of this vodka. The sweetness of the grain leads to complex, round flavors that finish with richness on the palate.
